UAC Match Series Upgrade Parts For TM M4A1 MWS


 UAC was proudly presents the full series upgrade parts for Tokyo Marui M4A1 MWS. All new design Trigger Guard, Ambi Selector, Ambi Mag Release, Bolt Lock and Match Trigger. The best solution for high tense competition needs or tactical application. All CNC milled from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum with hard anodize, provide superb durability and colorful appearance, available in 5 colors.


Bolt Stop - A enlarged bolt release button with non-slip pattern allow fast access to release the bolt after reloading. This is one of the essential parts for fast reloading.

Ambi Mag Release – A normal right button and enlarged left release button with non-slip pattern allow you to release the magazine on both side, which is a perfect solution for any competition or tactical application. Changeable right release button and more style is coming. 

Ambi Selector – was designed with a long and a short selector which suitable for both left and right handed shooters, allow you to choose which one is more suitable for your needs. It is in modular design and more style is coming. 

Match Trigger – Slim, lightweight and trimmed new design trigger is the key to provide a crispy trigger press and speed shooting.

Trigger Guard – A ergonomic design is used in order to provide a better and comfortable griping. It also designed in lightweight and trimmed style.

Installation Guide: 

1. Punch down the 2 pin and remove the upper body.



 2. Unscrew on both side for the trigger guard.



3. Remove the selector. Push down the hammer first, then turn the select into the following position. Push the selector out from the right side until you hear it click. Then turn the selector anti clockwise while keep pulling out from the left.




4. Remove the mag release, push the button on the right then turn the left button to unscrew. 


5. Punch the pin and remove the screw. 



6. Use pin punch to punch the hammer box out. 








 7. Remove the bolt stop lever and bolt stop. Be careful don't loss the bolt stop's spring. 

Bolt stop spring: 3.5 x 11.25 (mm)



 8. Push the pin backward and pull it out. 


 9. Take the sear out and remove the long pin with spring.


10. Unscrew, take the 3 screws out.



11. Open the hammer box. 



12. Take the sear out. Sear spring size: 3.55 x 12 (mm) 


13. Then the trigger set. Be careful the thin trigger lever drop off from the back.


 14. Remove the hammer. Be careful of the hammer spring will pop out. 


 15. Finally remove the sear, fire pin and the spring. Be careful of losing the ring. Sear spring size: 3.55 x12 (mm)


 16. Remove the trigger plate and spring. Trigger plate spring size: 3.2 x 13.15 (mm)


 17. Press and hold the hammer lock and remove the cone. Then remove the hammer lock and spring. Be careful the spring pop out. 

Hammer lock spring size: 3.6 x 11.3 (mm)




Problem with the single fire. 

1. As our hammer lock is adjustable, for the first try out, reset the socket set screw and remain inside the hammer lock, (don't let it bulb out) then try the operation. see if it work properly. Use tiny drop of screw glue to the socket set screw before tuning. 

2. If you like to fine tune for more crispy trigger pull, adjust the socket set screw round by round, and try out, as it is very sensitive. It will become full auto if the socket set screw bulb out too much.
