The UAC Aluminium Nozzle For Tokyo Marui Hi-capa is constructed by precision CNC by aircraft grade 6061 Aluminium. Weighing in at only 8 grams.  The aluminum nozzle remains light weight but offers far superior durability and consistency over standard reinforced polymer nozzles. The UAC nozzle will be far more consistent over a polymer nozzle due to its aluminum construction in which it will not flex or warp on hard use. The UAC Aluminium Nozzle can provide a constant, stable and solid blowback for each shot, shooters are more confident and have better muscle memory while shooting/practicing.

 

Tips for installation:

Liquid type lubricant / gun oil is suggested, gas / spraying type silicone is not preferred.

 

The UAC Aluminium Loading Nozzle is designed with the use of aluminium blowback housing. Original blowback housing may need modification while installing. It is recommended to use anti-oil o-ring of size 9*2mm.  Please fully lubricant the nozzle (both internal & external) and the o-ring before use.

After installed the UAC Aluminium Loading Nozzle, try to pull the nozzle forward; it can smoothly back to its original place if installed correctly. If it can't go back smoothly, please check the tube of the blowback housing and size of the o-ring. The o-ring may be too big to fit into the nozzle.

 

Q&A:

Will the Aluminum Loading Nozzle cause damage to the hop-up bulking?

No. The size of Aluminum Loading Nozzle is designed precisely and manufacture in tight tolerance. If install correctly, the nozzle tip will not impact the hop-up bulking.  (Over 10000 fire test was completed and the hop-up still in good condition)

  

Please note: installing parts / assemble /fitting airsoft gun will need intermediate knowledge; for expert or airsoft gunsmith. Please refer to your airsoft gunsmith for proper installation / fitting. Fitting may be needed as the condition of each airsoft gun might be different.
